To buy tickets using BILET.ro you need to create an account or log in using your Facebook account.


By what methods of payment and delivery can I buy the tickets?
The payment and delivery methods are specific to each event. The organizer of the event decides how tickets are paid and distributed


How do I find out for an event by which payment and delivery methods I can buy tickets?
Once you have selected the places you want to buy, before you complete the order, all available payment and delivery methods appear. Also by selecting them you will see the total cost of the order (tickets + additional charges)


What are the additional charges?
Additional charges are the ticket processing and issuing costs, as well as application licenses.


I don't know if I have completed an order. How do I find details about the order?
Once you log in on the site, in the "My Account" section, you'll find details about your order.


I tried to pay by card but the payment did not succeed. My order appears to be pending. How can I find more details about my payment?
If the status of an order is pending, BILET.ro waits for confirmation from the payment processor. If you left the payment processor page (euplatesc.ro) without completing the order, you can resume payment from the "My Account" section


I've filled the data on the payment processor's site, but I have received a failed transaction message. Why?
A negative response from the payment processor means that your transaction was rejected by the bank that issued your card. For more details, you can contact the card processor.


I've chosen 'delivery by email', but I did not receive my ticket.
Check the status of the order in your account page. If the order is confirmed, you can download the electronic ticket right there. Also, check the SPAM section of your email inbox.


I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you forgot your password, click the "Login" button at the top right of the page. On the next page, click "Forgot your password?" and write your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password.


Where can I buy tickets physically?
Tickets can be purchased physically from our partner stores.


I made an order by selecting "Courier" as delivery method. When will I receive my tickets?
Our team prints tickets that are to be delivered by courier every day. You will be contacted by phone to confirm your order and be notified when you receive the tickets. If you want to change your phone number, you can do so from the "My Account" section
